We are a specialist hub protecting all children’s rights in Scotland

We provide free and confidential legal advice about Scots law relating to children and young people. Every advice request we receive is answered by a qualified solicitor. We also offer specialist training and influence long term change for children.

Free legal advice.  Specialist training.  Long term change.

The only specialist hub for children of all ages across all areas of child-related Scots law.

Free Advice

Unfortunately, we have temporarily shut our advice line due to unforeseen circumstances.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, and we are deeply sorry for any distress or inconvenience this may cause and hope that we can be back up in early May.

We know that free advice can be a lifeline for many families, young people and children facing difficult situations. In the meantime, we have a list of resources and organisation who can help below.

The service you provide is paramount to anyone looking for clarification on the law surrounding children. I feel listened to, and feel I now have the knowledge going forward in the future. I also know that if I need any further assistance I can reach out again to this wonderful service.

Every year we support thousands through our advice service.
