Our training is verifiable CPD in terms of the Law Society of Scotland guidance, meaning that our training has clear aims and outcomes relevant to a solicitor’s professional development; provides interaction and the opportunity for feedback; can be evidenced; and is not part of a solicitor’s daily work.
Our Training
Our training is provided by qualified solicitors and can take place in-person or online. The training sets out the legal framework for the topic with the use of scenarios, case studies, questions and informal discussion to provide practical application for those working with children in a range of contexts.

School Talks
We want to empower children with the law and to upskill your staff.
We deliver rights respecting sessions in your classrooms to help children better understand their rights and the law. These are interactive and engaging sessions which are co-designed with the children to fit with their age and interests.
Our qualified solicitors also provide bespoke training workshops for school staff and can work with the children to help co-produce and deliver the training.
Children’s rights sessions and training workshops can be in person or on line.
