How can we help?

We’re here to protect children’s rights in lots of different life situations. This includes, education, additional support needs, health, residence, youth offending, accessing records, confidentiality, social work and children’s rights. Children and young people under 21 can get in touch, as can family members, carers and professionals who support them.

Please complete this webform if you want to get in touch about training, volunteering, membership, partnership opportunities, young investigators’ work or indeed any wider enquiries.

You can also complete our webform and get free legal advice on children’s rights and child law from our qualified solicitors.

Please provide us with as much information as possible as this would assist the solicitor when providing legal advice.  It would also be helpful to know your questions for our solicitors.

ADVICE LINE CLOSED!

Unfortunately, we must temporarily shut our advice line. Please do not use this form for legal advice, as we won’t be able to respond.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience and hope to reopen in early May.

We know that free advice can be a lifeline for many families, young people and children facing difficult situations. In the meantime, we have a list of resources and organisation who can help here.
