This training session will be delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams.

This course will also look at the process of applying to court for orders relating to children (Section 11 orders), the overarching principles applied by courts when making orders about children, the right of the child to be heard and involved in the court action concerning them, different types of contact, enforcement of contact orders and fulfilling your parental responsibilities and exercising your parental rights during the COVID-19 crisis.
This course would be beneficial to social workers, teachers, nurses, therapists, advocacy workers, solicitors, staff at elected representatives’ offices, and anyone working with children and/or receiving queries related to parental responsibilities and rights.
