New Children (Scotland) Bill

The New Children (Scotland) Bill was passed by the Scottish Parliament this week. The Bill introduces number of changes, including changes related to vulnerable witnesses, regulation of contact centres and child welfare reporters, sibling rights, paramount considerations for the court when making court orders about children and children’s views.
